A wonderful seasonal trip to Alstede Farms with activities including Pony Rides, a Bouncy House, Wagon Train Rides, a Giant Hay Pyramid, Toy Duck Races, Barnyard Lasso, and feeding their friendly farm animals. This is a real working farm; they will see farm fields, orchards, and tractors. For the main event, the children will enjoy a fun hayride to the sprawling apple orchard where each child will be able to pick their own 5 pound bag of apples to bring home.  There are also at least two corn mazes the children can enjoy and is included with their admission: the Evergreen Maze and the “a-maze-ing” giant themed corn maze with fun facts about the theme throughout. Great outdoors, refreshing autumn fun for all ages! We’ll pick up lunch on the way at McDonalds and eat picnic style at the farm.

We will ride the train one stop to nearby Summit to have lunch at the Office restaurant and then go to the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey. There, the children will start with a brief tour of the Arts Center and then participate in instructor-led art projects. Each age group will have a different art project.  Pickup will be at Short Hills train station.

We will stay at Glenwood and bring in lunch from the Honey Baked Co. and then watch an amazing, interactive, high-energy Magic Show and party games with Doug the Magician.

We will have lunch at Chili’s and then enjoy some exciting bowling at Hanover Lanes Bowling Center featuring automatic scoring and bumpers that accommodate bowlers of varying ages.

We will have lunch at Godfather’s Pizza and then enjoy Foam Frenzy, Bumper Cars, and rides at the ever-popular Funplex in East Hanover. Each child will also get a prepaid card for the Arcade to earn some prizes.

We will stay at Glenwood and make our own lunch (quesadillas).  We’ll have games, prizes, arts and crafts.
