Bronx Zoo
Bronx Zoo spans 265 acres in New York City and houses roughly 11,000 animals. Its top highlights include immersive, naturalistic habitats like the Congo Gorilla Forest, the Wild Asia Monorail, the Butterfly Garden, Tiger Mountain, the Carousel, Dinosaur Safari and the historic Astor Court, making it one of the largest and most famous wildlife parks in the United States. There is plenty to see including bears, lions, tigers, giraffes, and sea lion feedings, as well as many indoor exhibits such as Madagascar, the Zoo Center, Birds of Prey, and more. The children will be organized in similar age groups, but we will also do our best to honor requests to have siblings or friends together. We will have a mid-day picnic lunch at the Dancing Crane Café and a snack on the bus ride back. Outside food is permitted if you are concerned about food allergies or dietary restrictions and would prefer to send in a lunch. We are very familiar with the zoo and all it offers, and our visit is designed to enjoy the best sights and experiences This will be a full day of fun they will be talking about for a long time.
